Sessions can be delivered anywhere! Online or face-to-face, in your home, or within a gym environment.
Workouts are designed to meet your needs and goals. The starting point is an initial assessment which provides us both with a clear and comprehensive understanding of what you want to achieve, and just as importantly, why.
From here I can build a bespoke training package that will help you to achieve these goals, step-by-step, in a programme that works for you. This means that the programme fits around you and your lifestyle – though you might find that your lifestyle changes for the better as you progress through the programme.

ABOUT ME
Taking your fitnessto the next level
I have been involved in Athletics since the age of 11, beginning as a sprinter, and competing in English School’s Athletics in the 400 metres. I still love running - only, now I run more for pleasure over distance, completing the London Marathon in 2019 and again in 2023, and I'm looking at running 2 overseas races in the near future.
I moved from Devon to Yorkshire in 2003, working as a police officer for 6 years. Following a change in career path, I have spent the last 14 years as a Primary school teacher on the Isle of Axholme. I have been Deputy-Head and Acting Head-teacher and, have been reliably informed, am respected by children and adults on the Isle. I'm an active member of the local community, and now want to help share my love and passion of sport and fitness working as a personal trainer.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
Your initial 90 minute consultation includes recording your metrics, physical ability, a pre-plan questionnaire and assessment as well as a full conversation about previous history. From here a specific fitness plan will be devised

The approach is about success, and making those important life changes to enhance and encourage the best version of you.

I am really enjoying working with Simon. There is a great balance between exercise and fun.
The exercises set don't seem unachievable and there is no pressure to work above a level I don't feel comfortable.
I can really feel the effects the next day, which makes all the effort worth it.
